If you do not mention our party name, you will not receive the discounted hotel room rate.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and checkout time is 12:00 pm.
The hotels cancellation policy is as follows: should you need to cancel, you are responsible for cancelling the reservation with the hotel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty equal to one night’s lodging and tax.
Additional note: 30 days prior to the wedding (4/24/25), the room block will no longer be available, so please don’t wait to book your rooms! 😊
