We kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony to be fully present with us. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture all the moments, and we’ll share them with you later.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you’re settled in and ready to enjoy the moment with us.
Our ceremony will take place at the Canmore Golf & Curling Club, and the reception will follow at the Vermillion Room at Banff Springs. The two locations are separate, with approximately 30 minutes travel time between them. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to enjoy the scenic drive.
Yes, there will be parking available at the ceremony location, Canmore Golf & Curling Club. For the reception at The Vermillion, parking is available on site but it is paid parking. Guests can expect hourly rates (around $15/hour) or daily rates (approximately $50–$60/day), with valet service also available at a slightly higher cost. We encourage you to plan ahead and consider carpooling if possible.
The ceremony will be outdoors at Canmore Golf & Curling Club, surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The dinner reception will be held indoors at The Vermillion in Banff, providing a cozy and intimate setting to celebrate!
Our reception will feature a cash bar, meaning guests are welcome to purchase their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages throughout the evening. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!
Our wedding reception will be an intimate evening centered around dinner, conversation, and celebrating together. There will not be a dance or formal after party following the reception.
