Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation
21 Old Westbury Road, Old Westbury, NY 11568 We are so excited to celebrate with you! Below are directions to our ceremony venue from several major starting points. From New York City By Car: Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road). Turn left onto Glen Cove Road, then right onto Westbury Road. The synagogue will be on your left. Approximate travel time: 40–50 minutes. By Train: Take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) from Penn Station to either Westbury or Hicksville station. From there, it’s a short 10–15 minute taxi or rideshare to the synagogue. Total travel time: about 1 hour. From New Jersey By Car: Take the George Washington Bridge or Lincoln Tunnel into Manhattan, then follow signs for the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East. Continue as above from Exit 39. Approximate travel time: 1–1.5 hours, depending on your starting point and traffic. By Train: Take NJ Transit to Penn Station, then transfer to the LIRR to Westbury or Hicksville. From there, take a taxi or rideshare to the synagogue. Total travel time: about 1.5–2 hours. We recommend allowing extra time for traffic, especially on weekends.
