Our Story

We've known each other since September 2018 when we first became friends through our shared love of a certain Canadian SyFy Western TV show. Our friendship grew when we played softball together on a couple teams, attended numerous sporting events, and went on many many dog walks and hikes. Before we knew it, we had become best friends. After the end of both of our previous relationships, we decided to try dating our best friend and never looked back. After many months of adventures, laughter, and love we knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. On September 29, 2022, Melanie made it official and proposed to Demi at sunset on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and the rest is history. We are so excited to share our day with those we love and cannot wait for you to be part of our story, from the first date to forever.
