Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but unless we have specified on your invitation, they are not invited. Please feel free to make this a fun night out and grab a babysitter! We cant wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. We only have a certain number of guests allowed on the property so if you do not have "and guest" listed on your invitation, you may not bring a plus one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on site but if you are drinking we prefer you to get a ride as the winery is on a back road. Please see our Travel page for details.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We have asked everyone to wear formal/black tie. Please no shorts, tank tops, t-shirts or jeans. If you would like to wear a tux, please feel free to show off! Tuxes, suits, pantsuits, pant rompers, and formal dresses are acceptable.

Do guys have to wear a tux?

Answer

Nope! You are absolutely welcome to, but again the ask is just formal/black tie wear.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu has been created around our interests and we will not be taking specific dining requests. If you have a severe allergy, however, please let us know so we can avoid any medical emergencies.

If I am not staying at the hotel, can I still use the trolley?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We would like to avoid any drinking and driving so please plan accordingly. If you'd like to use the trolley to get from downtown to the venue but are not staying at the Hampton Inn, please just text us upon booking your trip and we will give you a time to catch the trolley.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a selection of wines from the winery and beers available. We are not planning on having liquor at this time.

How does the Trolley work?

Answer

We asked you to RSVP whether you'd be taking the trolley or not and have planned two trips from the Hampton Inn to the venue accordingly. If your party's last name is A-K please take the trolley from the Hampton Inn at 3:20PM. If your party's last name is L-Z please take the trolley from the Hampton Inn at 4:00PM. If you choose to drive to the venue, there is plenty of available parking-make sure you enter at the correct entrance, labeled “Pavilion at Silver Fork”. The opposite entrance will take you to the winery and you will have to walk downhill to get to the venue. The venue is on backroads and we would prefer guests use the trolley back to the Hampton Inn. You may leave your car overnight and retrieve it in the morning if you drive and use the trolley to get home. The trolley will be parked at the venue all night so if you need to leave early, you can ride back at any time. Uber is scarce in this area so please do not rely on ride-share services for transportation.
