Travel Note

El Salvador

We wanted to share information on El Salvador so you learn a bit more about our lovely country and some things you should consider: Please note there is a tourist visa that all international guests must pay at entry. The cost is $12.00 per person. Cash is the preferred payment but credit cards are also accepted. There is a zero tolerance for alcohol while driving, so if you are planning on renting a car, keep that in mind. Uber works great there and is inexpensive, so it is the best choice for transportation. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. We want you to have the best time while you are celebrating with us!

Flight

Airport code: SAL

You can find the information at www.avianca.com Hay un aeropuerto Internacional en El Salvador (SAL) y las aerolineas principales vuelan ahi

Hotel

Courtyard San Salvador

Calle 3, San Salvador, San Salvador, El Salvador

We have secured a room block with a discounted rate at the Courtyard San Salvador, which is in a great location and close to everything. Since our wedding venue doesn't have a closer hotel, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding and all other events

Hotel

Fairfield by Marriott San Salvador

Ciudad Merliot, San Salvador, El Salvador

This is another excellent option besides the Courtyard, as both hotels are across from each other and in a great location within La Gran Via Mall. You can book with the link here and get a discount as well.
