Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP is required by February 15, 2025. We'd like to make sure our guest count is completely accurate so that everyone is accomodated in everyway.

Where will the Wedding Ceremony and Reception be held?
Answer
Rosehill Oaks Wedding Venue 18224 Kz Rd, Cypress, TX 77433. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. This is an indoor/outdoor venue.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes. We are registered with Zola, Amazon and Spur Experiences. If you aren't able to find something specific, gift cards are welcome - we also have a space to make a donation to the newlyweded couple. Gifts will also be accepted the day of the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
5:00 p.m. That way you can be ready and seated when the ceremony begins. Please don’t forget to sign the guest book and leave a note for the new couple.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. Formal dress attire is preferred. NO WHITE ATTIRE PLEASE.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Only if you have pre-advised us that you will be bringing a plus one. Please do not add any extra guest not previously advised.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Sorry no children outside of the Wedding Partly are allowed. Adults only.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes. We have hotel rooms blocked with Springhill Suites by Marriott. You have the option to book 1 or 2 nights at our discounted rate, starting Friday, March 14, 2025. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. Rosehill Oaks has a highly spacious, well-lit asphalt parking lot right out front of the venue. It is self parking-no valet.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely. Please send us a message on Zola or notate your allergy/dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Be sure to do so prior to the RSVP deadline so that we may make any adjustments or accommodations to fit your needs.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes. Please inquire with the Wedding Planner or the Wedding Coordinator to make arrangements, if needed. We want everyone to be as safe as possible while traveling to and from the hotel and venue.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
No. However, we welcome you to stay and visit our nearby attractions and entertainment stops. We have a few listed on our website.
Question
When is the Reception over?
Answer
The last guest must be out of the venue by 11:00pm. If you are staying at the hotel and need transportation to get back safely, there will be an Uber ready for pick up. Please be ready by 10:45 (and listen for the announcement). If there are any unexpected issues, get with the wedding host or planner as soon as possible.
