ILM is small, easy to navigate, and offers direct flights from several major cities. We recommend flying into ILM for the most convenient travel experience. Raleigh–Durham International Airport (RDU) is a major airport with many nonstop flight options, which can sometimes offer cheaper fares than flying into Wilmington. RDU is about a 2-hour drive from Old Homestead Farm, so guests choosing this airport will need to rent a car. This is a great option for those who prefer more airline choices or are planning to explore more of North Carolina before or after the wedding.
