Is Uber available?

No! Please plan ahead by either renting a car or booking airport shuttles and using the wedding day shuttle we will provide from Livingston.

Attire Expectations?
Answer
Cocktail or formal dresses, suits & ties/bow ties/bolo ties. Optional but encouraged: cowboy boots and hats. Please no jeans! Pro tip: to wear cowboy boots with dress pants, make sure the pant is a modern/boot cut so it fits nicely over your boots. We recommend bringing a jacket for when the sun goes down, and in case the weather shifts.

Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but to ensure an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests, we've decided to make this a celebration for adults only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Do we need to book one of the room blocks?
Answer
Not at all! Feel free to book accommodations elsewhere. Keep in mind that the wedding day shuttles are only picking up at the Murray Hotel and Fairfield Inn in Livingston. All are welcome to utilize the shuttles.

What about staying in Gardiner?
Answer
If you are renting a car and plan to make a trip to visit Yellowstone or surrounding areas, then this could be a great location for you to stay! Just keep in mind it may be more expensive since it sits at the Yellowstone entrance during prime Yellowstone season! Gardiner is 30 minutes from the venue, but 1hr and 25 minutes from the airport.

I want to line dance! Is there one I should practice?

Our band plays The Boot Scootin Boogie, Shivers, Fishin in the Dark, and Footloose, which are all line dancing songs!
