When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 2:00 pm-2:15 pm, and no later than 2:20 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Please wear cocktail attire, and dress to impress!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have tried to include as many plus ones as we can. If you have someone important you'd like to accompany you, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have block-booked 20 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Edmonton North for your convenience. Please click the hotel tab to learn more.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please mention any allergies when selecting food on your RSVPs and we will accommodate.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at both the ceremony and reception spaces. The ceremony is at a public garden and parking can be limited as it is open to the public. Do try and carpool if able to make space for everyone. The reception at the Slovenian Hall has ample parking for everyone. We encourage all our guests to please not drink and drive. Should you wish to take a Taxi, Uber, etc. you may leave your vehicle parked at the hall. The main gates will be locked overnight and will be reopened in the morning so your cars will be safe and sound.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is up to you! The ceremony space and reception hall are a 15-minute drive from each other. The Holiday Inn we have block-booked rooms at is a 10-minute drive from the hall.
