Questions?

The Wedding Website of Delaney Gray and Marshall Delorme
Parking at the ceremony space is limited and will fill up quickly. Additional parking is available at the Kenosee Inn, but it is primarily reserved for guests. For ample parking, we recommend using the large lot at the main beach, conveniently located between the ceremony and reception spaces. A scenic walking path along the water provides easy access to the ceremony site.
Question

HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible by going to the ‘RSVP’ tab and following the prompts. The deadline is August 1st. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide our vendors with a total guest list count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Question

HOW DO I GET INTO THE PARK?

Answer

A VALID PARK PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER MOOSE MOUNTAIN PROVINCIAL PARK, which can be purchased online at parks.saskatchewan.ca → Entry & Shop → Entry Permits. It is roughly $11 for a single day pass, which is valid from the time of arrival until 2 p.m. the following day. Saskatchewan residents 65 or older can receive a free entry permit with valid Saskatchewan identification, as well as First Nations and Métis individuals with proof of a valid Certificate of Status. If you choose to take your chances and enter without purchasing a pass, please be aware that conservation officers may issue fines to vehicles without a valid permit.

Question

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION AVAILIBLE?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the night as much as us, so please plan a safe ride home. Transportation will be running around the lake and making trips to Carlyle. More information to come.

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to strict venue capacity limits, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invite. If this poses a problem you can reach out to us directly. Thank you for understanding!

Question

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is for adults with the exception of some family members. Please only attend with names listed on your invite.

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-Formal (with room to dance!) Dress up, but don’t stress. If you can’t comfortably bust a move in it, it’s probably too fancy. Be mindful of the outdoor ceremony and plan your outfit according to the weather.

Question

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

To help us keep the focus on the love and commitment we are making to each other, we kindly request that you DO NOT use your phone/camera during the ceremony. We have hired an AMAZING photographer to capture our special moment. You are more than welcome to take pictures BEFORE and AFTER the ceremony as well as into the reception. We have created a scannable QR code that will allow you access to a shared album with everyone at the wedding so you will be able to upload photos and videos throughout the day/night for us and everyone else to see!

Question

WHERE SHOULD I GO IN BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Once the wedding party rolls out for pictures, you could take a walk by the beach, practice your dance moves, take a nap, freshen up, or go on a mini adventure until you find the nearest bar to start celebrating without us (we forgive you!) Whatever you do, make sure you head to the hall for cocktail hour at 5pm, dinner will be served at 6pm.
