Wedding Party

Joy Whidby

Bridesmaid

Joy and I met in 2023 while working at Uncle Julio's in Dallas together. I was waiting on my first post grad job to start, and Joy was home from college in Arkansas. We quickly became friends after Joy randomly called me one night after work inviting me to be her plus one at a birthday party for a friend of a friend. The rest is history.

Morgan Perez

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I have been friends since fourth grade after I complimented her messenger bag on the walk to the school busses. (She's always been very fashionable) We were inseparable from that point on, and I probably spent just as much time with her family as I did my own. Morgan is the kindest and brightest person I know, and I am so thankful to have her by my side on my big day!

J'cea Melton

Bridesmaid

J'Cea and I have been friends for over ten years, and spent lots of time playing sports together growing up. J'Cea is the kindest and most hard working person I know, and has stuck by my side through every stage of life. She is a friend I know I will have no matter where life takes us in the future. I am so lucky to have her by my side on my big day!

Joslin Evans

Bridesmaid

Joslin transferred to my high school in 2016, and at first I thought she was shy, but that didn't last long. It didn’t take long for her to show her true personality, and from there, we were inseparable. She quickly became my go-to partner in crime… though, if we’re being honest, she was usually the one calling the shots on whatever mischief we found ourselves in.

Britta Dalton

Bridesmaid

Whenever Brendan took me to meet his family for the first time, Britta was who I was most nervous to meet. I probably asked Brendan at least 50 times if he was sure she liked me - big sister approval is important. Over the last five years, I've gotten to know Britta more, and I am so excited to be gaining her as a bonus sister. My favorite memory was trying to hike up the side of a steep gravel cliff in Greece, only to realize halfway up that we definitely weren't on the trail anymore.

Lena Dalton

Bridesmaid

I met Lena when she was only 12, and now she is turning 18 this year! It has been so cool to watch her grow up, and get to know her more as she has gotten older. Some of my favorite memories with Lena were hanging out at the cottage in Michigan, and playing just dance on New Year's Eve.

Lauren Duensing

Bridesmaid

Lauren and I were roommates Junior year after my housing arrangements fell through last minute. Thank goodness they did, or I wouldn't have met one of my best friends. Lauren is always down to try new things with me or entertain my last minute plans, no matter how weird they are.

Stella Caldas

Bridesmaid

Stella and I were in the same sorority, though oddly enough, we didn't really become close until post grad, after she too was Lauren's roommate. My favorite memory was our Vegas trip and simultaneously discovering our love for EDM.

Austin Lawrence

Best Man

Austin and I met in 2016 during our freshman year at Lake Travis High School, the same year my family moved to Austin. As the new kid, I was eager to make friends, so one day at lunch, I picked a table at random. Fortunately for me, my future best friend was sitting there. Since then, we've shared countless memories over the past decade. Some of my favorites include writing and filming comedy sketches, the dozens of lake days, and our adventures during our trips to Malibu and Key West. Most importantly, I cherish the countless side-splitting laughs we've shared every time we're together. Through every stage of life, Austin has always been someone I could rely on. I'm incredibly grateful to have had him by my side for the past ten years, and I'm honored to have him standing beside me as one of my Best Men.

Rhett Smith

Best Man

Rhett and I met during our fraternity pledgeship in 2021. From the beginning, we both gravitated toward leadership roles within the organization. Through the many challenges and successes of managing a bunch of guys that just wanted to party, we began developing a strong friendship. During college, there were many weeks we spent every day together. Rhett and I share a similar drive to challenge ourselves, seek out new adventures, and make the most of every opportunity. Over the years, we've explored Europe together, defended fraternity house parties from being shut down by the police, and taking on any food-related challenge we can think of. Through all the unforgettable adventures, late nights, and memories we've shared, Rhett has become one of my best friends. I'm grateful for his friendship and honored to have him stand by my side as one of my Best Men.

Arjun Nagpal

Groomsman

Arjun and I met in 2017 when he decided to pursue Britta romantically. Naturally, I was a little skeptical of the hairy guy trying to win over my beloved sister, but it didn't take long for me to realize what a genuine and great person he is. Over the years, we've shared many memorable trips and adventures together, including the infamous "Grimace Challenge" in Switzerland and the "11 Bar Challenge" on a Royal Caribbean cruise. I'm grateful to call Arjun family and honored to have him standing by my side on my wedding day.

Zach Mcguire

Groomsman

Zach and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. We grew up as neighbors in Ashland, Kentucky, and throughout elementary and middle school, he was my closest friend. Many of my favorite childhood memories come from the time we spent together, exploring the woods around our neighborhood, battling each other with airsoft guns, sledding down massive snow ramps we built after winter storms, and enjoying countless classic sleepovers. Zach was an important part of some of the most formative years of my life. Even after my family moved to Texas ten years ago, we've stayed close, and I'm incredibly grateful that he's standing by my side on one of the most important days of my life.

Duke Davison

Groomsman

Duke and I first met on the first day of our Sophomore year at Lake Travis High School in 2017. We had a nice conversation, but then we never talked again until the first day of our Junior year. 2018 was when Duke and I really started to become close. That was the year we had a business class together. Luckily, that class was worthless and a complete waste of time, because it allowed Duke and me to talk and crack jokes the whole time. Duke and I have shared many side-splitting laughs, adventures, and memories together. Some of my favorites include my trips to Malibu to visit him at college, Skiing in Breckenridge, and our trips to Key West. Duke has been an incredible friend ever since high school, and I'm incredibly grateful to have him stand with me on my wedding day.

Rithik Chennupati

Groomsman

Rithik and I met during our fraternity pledgeship in 2021 and quickly realized how similar we were. We took our responsibilities seriously, but we also loved having a great time. That led us to become roommates for two years, and many of my favorite college memories were made in that apartment. Our days were often spent focused on classes and internships, but by night, our apartment became a gathering place for our closest friends. Some of our more infamous parties included the "Snowpocalypse Party," when nearly 50 people packed into our apartment as snow fell across Texas, and the 7 a.m. Bid Day celebrations, apologies to our neighbors. Rithik has been a dedicated friend for the past five years, and I'm incredibly grateful to have him standing beside me on my wedding day.

Dylan Genzlinger

Groomsman

Dylan and I met during our fraternity pledgeship in 2021. For most of the time since I’ve known Dylan our schedules often conflicted which resulted in it being difficult to align on plans sometimes… but whenever they did align, I knew I was in for an EXTRA special time. Whether it was staying up all night drinking with friends or traveling across Europe together, Dylan has always had a way of turning good moments into great ones. I'm incredibly grateful for his friendship and honored to have him standing with me on my wedding day.

Brendan Martinez

Groomsman

Brendan and I met during our fraternity pledgeship in 2021. Brendan and I don't just share the same first name by happenstance... you have to be impressive, handsome, and generally really cool and awesome to have this name. As they say, you always want to surround yourself with really cool and awesome people. During college, and even now, when I want to have a great time filled with laughs and interesting conversations, I know Brendan needs to be there. We've shared many hilarious and unforgettable memories over the years. A lot of those memories involve saving fraternity events from disaster, which wasn't much fun in the moment, but is pretty funny in hindsight. Brendan has been a loyal friend for the past five years, and I'm incredibly grateful to have him standing with me on my wedding day.
