Mohonk Mountain House is a Victorian castle resort surrounded by 40,000 acres of forest. They offer farm-to-table cuisine and several outdoor activities. They also have an amazing spa!

Opus 40 is a large environmental sculpture created by sculptor and quarryman Harvey Fite. It compromises a sprawling series of dry-stone ramps, pedestals and platforms covering 6.5 acres of a bluestone quarry.

Catskill Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit 148-acre refuge. They provide a home to eleven species of rescued farmed animals with between 275 and 400 residents at any given time.
