Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you please dress your best. Cocktail to Formal dress attire is requested. For ladies this means: cocktail dresses (tea-length, knee-length, or midi look), dressy jumpsuit, or a floor-length gown. For men this means: Slacks and a dress shirt, slacks, a dress shirt and a tie, suit without a tie, and a suit and tie. If you need any clarification or want to run anything by us, feel free to reach out. DISCLAIMER: If you wear anything that resembles a wedding dress, my maid of honor has promised that she will douse you in red wine, so please reconsider :) No cowboy hats (IYKYK)

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors, there might be some grass or a gravel path to walk on so please wear appropriate footwear.

Question

What health and safety measures will be in place?

Answer

If you're sick, we would prefer for you to stay home and rest up. We will definitely miss you but we have older family members, guests with infants at home and other immunocompromised guests in attendance. And we would prefer if our wedding wasn't ground zero for a round of whatever is going around that time of year. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts shortly after 4:00 pm, so we recommend you get there by 3:45 pm or 4:00 pm at the latest. Anyone who arrives after 4:10 pm will have to wait until the ceremony is over to enter. No exceptions (sorry mom)

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Yes, we are actually encouraging it! (Please keep your phones on silent though, we don't wanna hear those loud click sounds as you take pictures) We just ask that you please stay out of the professional photographers' way. We are working with an app that lets us see all the photos you take with it at our wedding. More information will be provided closer to the day so check back later!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Not really :( Due to financial constraints, we will have a limited menu which will include margaritas, hard cider, beer and wine (as well as plenty of non-alcoholic beverage options). Feel free to bring your fave drinks or pre-game though!

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Please follow your GPS and the signs that will be posted the day of. It does look a bit sketch at first, but we promise if you keep going you will find the venue we fell in love with :)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but parking is limited. We highly recommend everyone carpools if they can. It's also better for the environment :D

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Nope, unless your invite says "and guest". If you come with a guest anyways, your guest will not be permitted into the venue and you will be embarrassed :O

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, you can find them in the travel and accommodations section!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you count ordering yourself an Uber. If not, then no :(

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

July 27th, or else unfortunately we won't be able to dance the night away with you :(

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, but we must be informed by July 27th or you might have to DoorDash some food :/

For all the days along the way
