Since NCSU is the largest university in North Carolina, accommodations may fill up quickly. To ensure you have a comfortable place to stay, we highly recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible. Additionally, this event might affect local travel times and dining reservations, so securing those in advance will help make your experience smooth and enjoyable. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Raleigh-Durham International Airport
The closest airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), located about 20 minutes/ 9 miles from the venue. Renting a car at RDU is highly recommended for convenience, as Raleigh is a car-dependent city. Amtrak
For those traveling by train, Raleigh is served by Amtrak with the station located in downtown Raleigh. You will need to use a rental car or ride-share service to reach the venue or your hotel from the train station.

Driving to the Venue
If you're driving locally, there is plenty of parking at the venue. For the closest access to the ceremony, we recommend parking behind the West Building (on the left after entering Museum Drive). Additional parking is available in the Blue Ridge lot (on the right after entering Museum Drive), though it requires walking down a paved incline.
Travel Note
Ride-share Services
Uber and Lyft are available in the Raleigh area, but availability and pricing may fluctuate, particularly during peak times. For greater flexibility—especially for out-of-town guests—renting a car is often the most reliable option. If you prefer to use a rideshare service, we recommend scheduling your pick-up and drop-off directly in the app before the day of the wedding.
