The one, the only, and often referred to as "Globe" (pronounced GLOW-BEE) because she is our world, Miss Obedianso Virtue Ughanze. Obe and Gabby have known each other since they were both sophomores in High School when they met through SEARCH (a Catholic retreat program for high schoolers). Neither of them actually remembers meeting each other, just that one day they were all of a sudden good friends and the rest is history.
Jacob DeHoyos
Best Man
Jacob is Matt's younger brother. They've been best friends and roommates since they were little. Jacob has a big heart for people and is probably one of the most authentic and funniest people you will ever meet. He is a travel enthusiast and shares a great love for God and music. If you need a good laugh, surround yourself with this guy, it is guaranteed to happen.
Rebecca LeBlanc

Becca & Gabby are cousins from on their dad's sides and only 2.5 months apart. They often remanence on times when they were younger and had sleepovers, fashion shows, and double-swinging on the rope swing at Becca's house. Fun fact: one time on a trip to Disneyland they were asked they were twins. Guess the cajun genes are strong in these two.
Dominic Rivas

Dominic and Matt met each other through the Awakening retreat. Dominic has been an amazing friend to both Gabby and Matt. He is a big fan of his faith, music, traveling, and last but not least the Golden Girls. Dominic is responsible for introducing Gabby and Matt to one of their favorite Texas Country bands, Flatland Cavalry.
Nydia Rodriguez

Gabby and Nydia became close friends once Nydia came to ASU. She is one of Matt's cousins and one of Gabby's closest friends. Gabby and Nydia share a love of cats, humor and the Blessed Virgin Mary. Matt and Gabby know that if they ever needed anything, Nydia would always have their backs.
Ligo Rodriguez

Ligo is one of Matt's favorite cousins. You'll usually see either a fishing rod, his daughter, Olivia, or an ice-cold beer is his hand. For those who do not know Ligo, he is always down for a good time. He always puts God and his family first. He's an amazing cousin and friend.
Harlee DeHoyos

Harlee is the teller of tales, the singer of songs, a lover of magic and the life of the party. Harlee always has Gabby's back and is full of love and life. You may also know her from her tik-tok videos as she has been accredited to fame with her musical talents.
Levai DeHoyos
Groomsman
Levai is one of Matt's other favorite cousins. Levai is full of wisdom, a great love for God, and is always cracking jokes. He makes everyone in the room feel welcomed and is always striving to be the best version of himself. He is an amazing friend to both Gabby, Matt and so many others. If you're needing a good laugh or want to dive deep in conversation about any topic, Levai is your go-to-guy.
Emily Colbert

Emily & Gabby met through the ASU Catholic Newman center but didn't become close until Emily got really sick and Gabby took her to the hospital in the middle of the night. She was there with her for six hours straight to make sure she didn't have to be alone. Since then Emily has made her way into Matt & Gabby's lives and refuses to leave. Eventually, she made her way into their hearts too.
Nate Castro

Nate and Matt became great friends through the ASU Catholic Newman Center. Nate is always down for a great adventure and is literally a walking encyclopedia. You know the type of guy Nate is by the way he loves Christ and others.
