What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm - so my recommendation is to arrive 30-45 minutes before.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting and the reception will be indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that everyone RSVP’s by May 1st, 2023 as we have deadlines to meet :)

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do have a block already saved to accommodate our guests who are traveling far, or wanting to spend the night nearby. The hotel is Radisson Hotel Providence Airport located in Warwick, RI. More information will be sent with the invite. ***there is a discount as well for those who plan to spend the night!

Semi formal.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore all your kiddos! However, we want our wedding to be your night off! If children are coming, we do ask to let either the bride and/or groom know so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! There will be an afterparty, back at the Radisson Hotel when the reception ends at 10pm.
