Please note there is a discounted/negotiated room block for our wedding at the Hard Rock Los Cabos All-Inclusive Resort. All events will be taking place at the resort. This is an all-inclusive resort therefore you are pre-paying for not only your stay but also for all the amenities and food/beverages options that the resort has to offer. Please reserve your room ASAP but no later than April 30th to guarantee that the room you prefer will be available. There is a limited amount of each room category which will be reserved on a first come basis. Please book your desired room ONLY USING THE LINK BELOW. Per venue policy, ONLY reservations made through our travel page with Shaadi Destinations (linked below) will be able to confirm attendance to our wedding events. Therefore, please do NOT book directly through the resort website or else you will not be counted within the wedding guest list. We appreciate your understanding of the venue policies. Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full (one single payment) between June 15 and July 15, 2026. NO DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Check-In and Check-Out TimesCheck-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations (our travel agency) will be given priority on early check-in times as they will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Our first wedding event (Haldi) will be on Thursday, October 29th, at 10AM.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by the resort's in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from Hard Rock Los Cabos and Cabo International Airport (SJD). Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel using the form in the link below. They will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, they will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Shahreen and Deep' with your updated flight information.
