Please RSVP using the RSVP Tab on this website as soon as possible but no later than March 15th. Following the RSVP, please be sure to book your desired room by April 30th using the link (https://www.shaadidestinations.com/shahreen-and-deep) in the travel & accommodation tab on this website. It is suggested to book your room as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please note that there are limited amounts of each room category so booking early ensures that you receive your desired room. Please note, payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between June 15 and July 15, 2026. You will NOT be charged a deposit at the time of booking.

Per venue policy, ONLY reservations made through our travel page with Shaadi Destinations (link under travel and accommodation tab) will be able to confirm attendance to our wedding events. Therefore, please do NOT book directly through the resort website or else you will not be counted within the wedding guests/party. We appreciate your understanding of the venue policies and we can't wait to celebrate with you! Please reach out to Deep or Shahreen directly, for any questions or concerns regarding this.

Answer

We have negotiated room rates from October 27th to November 3rd. If you would like to extend your dates outside of the room block, please reach out to our Travel Agency (Shaadi Destinations), and they will see what they can do for you!

Reservations - If I choose not to stay at the resort, will I have to pay to enter the resort for the events?Reservations - If I choose not to stay at the resort, will I have to pay to enter the resort for the events?

Answer

Yes! A day pass will need to be purchased ($198.00 per person which allows external guests to access the property up 2 hours prior the wedding event and they must leave the property at the end of the event) if you choose not to stay at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. Additionally, you will need to find your own transportation to the resort for the events and back to your accommodation, as well as from and to the airport. If you choose to stay at a different resort/hotel, please ensure you are staying at a safe and reliable location!!

Answer

We tried to select a wide range of rooms for our room block. Contact Shaadi Destinations through their "contact us" button on the website linked under travel & accommodations or simply email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Shahreen and Deep' , and they will work directly with the Hotel to see if that room type is available.

Unfortunately, group discounts/room blocks are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely can only stay 2 nights, please contact support@shaadidestinations.com so they can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.

Please refer to the "schedule of events & dress code" tab for event-specific attire. Please feel free to wear Indian or Western Attire. Indian clothes are NOT required for any of events, we encourage guests to dress as they feel comfortable. Yes! There is onsite childcare provided at the resort.

You are the gift! We are not doing a registry, your presence at this event is seriously more than we could ask for. Plus, we won’t have any way of getting any sort of boxed gifts home.

No, we have covered this cost for you! Our travel agency (Shaadi Destinations) just needs your flight information no later than one month prior to the travel date. No need to pay anything extra! Roundtrip, shared airport transfers will be provided and coordinated by the resort's in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from the resort and Cabo International Airport (SJD). Answer

First, there will be a lot of salespeople waiting to stop you on the way out of the airport. Walk directly out of the terminal without stopping to talk to them. Roundtrip transportation between the airport and hotel is provided by Transcabo. Upon arrival after clearing immigration and customs, head directly outside the terminal building to meet your Transcabo representative. A Transcabo representative will greet you outside the terminal building and escort you to your transfer vehicle. More detailed instructions along with a picture of the representatives and their uniforms will be sent to your email address on file one week prior to travel.

All kinds! There are 8 restaurants on site, along with 24/7 room service. Indian food is available in the buffet ("The Market") and through room service at no additional cost to you. Check out their restaurants under the "Things to Do" Tab!

The booking website details the cancellation policies in full. In addition, there is a travel insurance product that you can purchase - this link will be provided when your room confirmation email is sent out. You will have 14 days from that date to make the purchase if you would like travel insurance!
