Expect daytime temperatures to start around 50°F and gradually drop. Highs can range from 65°F to 49°F. Evening temperatures can drop into the 30s. Our wedding reception will be inside in the evening, but our ceremony and cocktail hour in the afternoon will be outside. Please make sure to pack an extra layer, or two!
Our Friday welcome party will be held outdoors. We’ll have heaters available, but please dress comfortably for the weather! On Saturday, our wedding ceremony will take place outside, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. While heaters will be provided, we encourage everyone to bundle up and stay cozy. Our reception afterward will be indoors.
Departure from AC Hotel (Downtown Missoula) to The White Raven: 🕒 2:15 PM – Two shuttles will depart Please arrive early to allow for boarding. The ride to the venue is about 45 minutes. Return from The White Raven to AC Hotel (Downtown Missoula): 🕘 9:45 PM – First return shuttle 🕚 11:15 PM – Second return shuttle
We love your kids, we really do! But our wedding will be an adults-only event, unless specified on your invitation. We want this to be your night off! For our Welcome Party @ Highlander Beer on Friday night, babies and children are welcome!
Yes! We recommend scheduling Uber rides from the venue ahead of time as there can be few drivers in the area late in the evening. We will be in a rural location 30 mins north of downtown!
Yes, there is free parking on-site if you wish to drive yourself. There will be venue staff to shuttle guests from the lower parking lot to the venue.
No, Missoula is extremely walkable and we will be providing transportation to/from the wedding. Uber/Lyft is readily available around town for any ride sharing needs. The airport is only a few miles away from downtown, so a short & easy ride. If you wish to explore outside of downtown, a rental car is recommended.
