What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal or black tie optional. This generally means the preference is darker suits with ties, floor length gowns, or formal cocktail dresses.

How is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking spaces. This will not be issue.

Any transport issues?

Answer

The venue is approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Durham and closer to Downtown Hillsborough. It may be best to drive or carpool directly to the venue, as we were advised that it can be challenging to find a rideshare leaving the venue. Alcohol will be provided at the wedding, so please be responsible if you are driving.

Our ceremony starts at 4:30, so I would not arrive any earlier than 4:00 but no later than 4:25 pm.

Ceremony and cocktail hour is planned for outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than August 29th, 2025. We cannot accept any RSVPs past this date due to rental agreements.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event, with the exception of a few close family members. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our caterer will accommodate any dietary restriction. Please note the restriction(s) in your RSVP AND contact us directly to confirm it before August 29th.
