Out of an abundance of caution, all guests are required to be fully vaccinated and test negative within 72 hours of the event. Please send a photo of your vaccination card and negative test to declaringdavis@gmail.com We truly hope that everyone will comply with our request, but understand if you can't. Unfortunately, no guest will be admitted to our celebration without meeting these health and safety guidelines.
The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear a floor-length evening gown, a fancy cocktail dress or dressy pantsuit. Gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or formal dark suit.
While the ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm, we request that you arrive to check in and take your seat by 4:30 pm.
Both; The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.
Complimentary valet parking will be available on the day of the event. (Please note, this does not apply to overnight parking.)
Due to space constraints and safety restrictions, we have a strict guest list. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration for everyone to enjoy a night of fun and full relaxation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
We love photos! Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, as we'd like that time to be unplugged. For cocktail hour and the reception, we encourage all the snapshots! Please post using our hashtag #DeclaringDavis so we can look back and see them, too.
