We’d recommend staying in Chattanooga both Friday and Saturday night. Visit our travel page for info on our hotel room block at the Moxy. Feel free to reach out if you have questions on lodging!
We recommend Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport as it’s 20 minutes from downtown, and TSA is a breeze (less than 5 minutes to go through usually). It is smaller and doesn’t have as many direct flights. The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is another option, and slightly less than 2 hours away. On the travel page we recommend a shuttle service that will take you to Chattanooga from the airport if you would like to avoid a car rental. Once in Chattanooga Uber/Lyft is quite affordable and plentiful.
The ceremony will start at 5pm and we recommend getting to your seats at least 15 minutes beforehand. There will be a 3:30 and 4:15 shuttle from the Moxy for those coming from downtown (~20 min drive to Gardens in the Gorge).
Yes! We’re hosting a welcome dinner —Howdy & Hello!—on Friday, March 20th from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. See our Schedule Page for more information! The Moxy hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the welcome venue and their lobby / bar is a great place to hang out after as well!
This will be an adults-only wedding with the exception of the children within the wedding party.
Yes! Shuttles will run from The Moxy to Gardens in the Gorge at 3:30 PM and 4:20 PM on Saturday (two shuttles will depart at 4:20 PM). Please plan to take one of these departures to ensure you arrive on time for the ceremony. Return shuttles to The Moxy will begin at 9:00 PM, with pickups at 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM and 11:15 PM to get everyone back safely. Guests who are not staying at The Moxy are welcome to take the shuttles, you will just need to arrive at the pickup spot in front the front of the hotel.
Yes! There is plenty of parking in the lower lot of the venue, and there will be a shuttle bus that will take you to the ceremony.
We would love to accommodate where we can. Please reach out to us with any allergies or restrictions and we can go from there!
