Either will require a credit card guarantee and are subject to a cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax should you cancel within 72 hours of arrival or fail to check-in. Below is the group landing page link which guests can use to reserve rooms. There are “shoulder” days before and after the room block dates. It allows guests to get the discounted rate if you decide to arrive a few days early or leave a few days later. Book by May 6, 2025. On this date any unsold rooms will be released from the block and further reservations will be made at the prevailing rate offered at that time.
