Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, you can update your previous RSVP on our website at any time before the big day. If you are feeling unwell, we respectfully ask you to stay at home. A link to our Ceremony livestream will be available soon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm sharp - please ensure you arrive on time. We politely request no photos or videos are taken during the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately we cannot accept under 18's due to limited venue capacity.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Since we have had to reduce our guest list, we cannot host plus ones

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please advise us of your allergy on your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Whistle Bear Golf Club has a huge parking lot. If you do drive, you can leave your car parked there overnight. The venue cannot be held responsible for any damage as they do not have security overnight.

Do you have a gift registry? Where?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough but if you are feeling generous, monetary donations toward (one day!) buying our first home are appreciated. We have also registered for some household items that we need - see the page titled Registry - for guests who would like to present us with a thoughtful gift.
