We first met in the classroom……at church! We came with intent to grow closer to the Lord. While doing that, the Lord provided stepping stones of interactions between us through the months until we received our sacraments. Then, we had a deep personal conversation that changed our hearts forever. Our first date was at a festival on a farm on February 15, 2025. We fed the goats and talked about our goals.

I surprised Ciara with a Valentine's date to go horseback riding in Cave Creek. Ciara thought about what a good time it was on the walk back to the truck, but little did she know.....there were bigger things for her! I, on one knee, and her, in shock -- she said "Yes!"
