When Should I Respond About My Attendance?

Answer

All RSVPs should be submitted here on Zola by November 10, 2024. Sadly if we do not receive your RSVP on time, you will be marked as "not attending" and you will not be permitted to attend our wedding. We do have to provide accurate final numbers turned in to our vendors on time, as we have a deadline.

Can I Bring A Date/Plus One?

Answer

Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Is This A Kid Friendly Wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a few that will be a part of our ceremony. We appreciate you making prior arrangements for them, so you can celebrate with us.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Our Dress Code is encouraged to be Black Tie, especially for family members, but this is optional. Gentlemen, we ask that you wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Ladies, we ask that you wear a floor-length evening gown, midi, or knee-length cocktail dress. Please no jeans or short dresses and of course no wearing red, cream, ivory, or white.

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 5 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive 30 minutes prior, as that is when gates and doors will be open. This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. Unfortunately, if you arrive at the time the ceremony has begun, the doors will be closed and locked until cocktail hour, after the ceremony.

Will There Be A Bar?

Yes! There will be beers, wine, and cocktails. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartenders.

Can I Take Pictures And Share Them Of Your Big Day On Social Media?

Answer

To ensure everyone is fully present, we are requesting that this be an "unplugged" ceremony and request that all devices please be turned off during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing team of photographers and videographers to capture these special moments and we will be happy to send pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either Katriana or Matthew has had the chance to do so first.
