- Our current understanding is that everyone attending the celebration is vaccinated. If that isn't the case, reach out to us ASAP and we can discuss the best path forward! - Due to the rise in asymptomatic cases, we are asking that everyone take a covid test prior to their arrival at the wedding. There are drive-through CVS and Walgreens testing options less than a mile from the venue, numerous free testing sites in Providence/Boston, and at-home rapid tests you can order on Amazon - The wedding reception is outdoors in a tent, but the ceremony itself is indoors. We'll likely ask that attendees wear a mask during the ceremony - If you are worried about your health or exposure, please don't feel obligated to attend. We are setting up a zoom for the ceremony with Philip's grandmother in Kentucky and would be happy to add you to that as well. If you are planning to stay home, please let us know by the end of August if possible Feel free to reach out with other questions or concerns!
We think so! There will be gluten free and vegan options available at every event, with labels to mark them accordingly. The events will be mostly vegetarian / plant-based, as Anne and Philip are vegetarian, but we will also have a seafood option at the wedding. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know directly as soon as possible!
We know that getting dressed up can be stressful! First and foremost, we care that you’re comfortable and happy throughout the weekend. With that said, we’ve tried to include helpful guidance on our Weekend Schedule page for attire choices. The wedding will be semi-formal/cocktail attire, and all other events will be casual. Take a look at the weekend schedule for details or reach out with questions!
