How do I find your wedding venue?

Answer

Herrington on the Bay has two venues, ours is the Polynesian Lawn & Paradise Ballroom which has a separate entrance from the rest of the resort. Please enter this address into your GPS: 668 Friendship Road, North Beach, MD 20714. There is plenty of parking available right in front of the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We would love for you to stay the weekend and enjoy the area. Please see the Accommodations page on our website.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we have added items to our registry through Zola so that everything is conveniently in one place. Just click on "Registry" at the top of our website.

Please RSVP on our website, no later than May 3, 2021.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, nice maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits and dark jackets and slacks.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please enjoy our adults-only reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking available at the site of the wedding. Please keep in mind, ride share and taxi services are limited in this area so we encourage you to plan accordingly.

Do I need my ID?

Answer

If you want to drink, yes! Our bartenders are required by law to verify legal drinking age and will be unable to serve anyone without an ID.

Pandemic concerns?

Answer

Your health and safety are our top priority and our venue is helping us take a number of precautions, including spacing out chairs and tables, having hand sanitizer available and wearing masks. Our ceremony and reception are both outdoors near the water providing airflow. Our guest list is also less than 50% of the capacity of venue so there will be plenty of space to spread out. The bride and groom will both be fully vaccinated, as well as the majority of the wedding party and guests.
