Question

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 15th, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Friday get-together. If you need babysitting servies please reach out to us and we can supply some recommendations.

Question

What will the weather be like? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Colorado, all of you out-of-towners! Glenwood Springs in early August typically enjoys beautiful, warm summer weather, but as with any mountain town, conditions can change quickly. Highs in the 80's and lows in the 50's. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, it does cool off in the valley at night.

Question

Parking and ShuttlesParking and Shuttles

Answer

There is parking at the wedding venue. However, shuttle options are available from two different locations. Shuttles will depart from Hotel Colorado and Sopris Elementary School (1150 Mt Sopris Dr, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601). If you are not staying at Hotel Colorado, most hotels are walking distance to the hotel if you are staying in town. Sopris Elementary is at the bottom of the "hill" from the Wedding. If you are from out of town, the "hill" is more like a mountain and somewhat windy (nothing too crazy and no cliffs). It is about a 6-8 Minute drive from the school to the venue. If you prefer to take a shuttle and park at the school, it is a great option! There will be one shuttle up to the venue and two different times on the way back down.

Question

What should I wear?What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. The ceremony is outside in a grassy area, so please don't feel the need to wear heels. Be comfy and come ready to dance!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, and our reception will be in a tent. We will have outdoor heaters, but please feel to bring layers, as it does get chilly at night.

Question

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear? What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding? Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. #becomingbeRINGer However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We'll have a photographer and promise to share the pics!
