WEDDING DAY (Times, shuttles, parking)
Everything you need to know!
WOW, it's hard to believe the big day is here!
CEREMONY BEGINS at 4 PM
FESTIVITIES END 10:30/11 PM
*SHUTTLES-IF you signed up for a shuttle then you have a reserved spot. If you did not, all shuttles are FULL!
SHUTTLE PICK UP TIMES
-Hotel Colorado: 3:10 PM
-Sopris Elementary: 3:25/3:30 PM
-Gina's Special Spot: 3:40 PM
All Shuttles will be full at pick up and will head all the way to the venue to drop off and then head back down to next stop.
SHUTTLE DROP OFF TIMES:
-There will also be 3 shuttle times to leave the venue. Unlike on the way up, all 3 shuttle times will hit ALL 3 Stops on their route.
-9:00 PM
-9:45 PM
-10:30 PM
DRIVING and PARKING
If you are driving to the venue, you will be parking in the field. We will have people out helping with parking.
ALL STOPS (except the hotel) will have signs (professional of course) that should make these stops easy to find.
-DRIVERS, we will also have signs on the way to keep you on track!
