Travel Note
You can travel to Kuantan by car, bus, or taking a flight (from KL/SG). The wedding weekend is the end of the long school holiday before the new academic year starts. So please note that there may be traffic on the Sunday towards KL if you're driving/taking the bus back. The monsoon season might also spillover until March, so please be careful on the highway during heavy rain! If you're taking the bus/flight, the bus station and airport are a bit further out from Kuantan city, but there are taxis available for you to travel into the city.
Hotel
This is where the wedding reception will be held if you'd like to stay at the same place for convenience. Price is RM293 nett with breakfast for 2. Let me know if you'd like to book it through me!
Hotel
If you'd like to stay next to the beach in Kuantan, this is a nice little resort that's on the nicer beach in Kuantan. It's a little further from town if you don't mind traveling further out. Please note monsoon season might not be over to avoid weather disappointment!
Hotel
If you'd like to be bougie, Hyatt is located right by the main tourist beach attraction, Teluk Chempedak. It's not too far from the wedding venue, about a 10 minute drive.
Hotel
This hotel is opposite the most popular mall in Kuantan, East Coast Mall. So if you're planning to stay somewhere convenient to mall shops or the cinema, it's here! It's also in the town center, so it could get busy during peak hours.
House Or Rental
I've not stayed here personally, but pass by it many times and it's very aesthetic! Haha. The amenities are basic but it looks like a comfortable stay. There's a cat coffeeshop right opposite, if you like cats and coffee!
