Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that children do not attend the reception. This will be a 21+ event to allow everyone (including parents) to have a night of relaxation and fun!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. This includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits and ties.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking for guest that will be driving to the venue directly. There is a parking lot located next to the venue. There will also be staff to assist guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. We ask that all guests are seated a few minutes before the start time. Please plan to arrive prior to the start time to allot time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be located indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. It is an open air space, there is no covering, so please take that into consideration as you plan for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour and reception will both take place indoors. Stairs (or elevator) will be utilized to bring guests upstairs to the function space. The reception will be located in the ballroom area.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Salem Waterfront Hotel. Reservations can be made by calling Kristen at (978) 619-1151 and naming the Soricelli-DiOrio room block. There are also a few other hotels in the area that we recommend. Please check out our hotels and transportation page for more details!

Is there parking at the hotel

Answer

Yes! Salem Waterfront Hotel and Suites offers free parking to guests staying at the hotel

When do I have to book the room block by?

Answer

The wedding room block at Salem Waterfront Hotel and Suites will remain open until June 5th, 2025. After that rooms will no longer be available to book within the block. We do have a select number of rooms allowed until they are filled. If interested please book sooner than later so more rooms can be added if needed

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We feel so fortunate to have already started building our life together, and feel as though we have most of what we need for our home. It is for that reason that we do not have a traditional registry. Should you wish to provide a gift, you are welcome to consider a monetary gift that will help us to continue our journey through life together.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The venue is able accommodate food allergies. If you have a food allergy, please add it to your RSVP. You can also feel free to reach out to Deanna or Eryk directly and we will be sure to make the venue aware of any dietary restrictions on your behalf.

What times with the shuttle arrive to bring me back to the hotel?

Answer

The shuttle will only go to Salem Waterfront Hotel, but it is a very short walk to many of the other hotels in the area so please feel free to hop the shuttle if you would like. The shuttle will arrive at Salem Waterfront Hotel at 4:30. Departure will be no later than 4:40 so please be ready to board at 4:30 for a prompt departure. Coming back to the hotel from the venue, the first shuttle will be ready to depart at 10:45, following our last dance. The second shuttle will depart around 11:45 for guests that would like to stick around for the after party.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

While we would love for you to take pictures and share them with us during the reception; for the ceremony, we kindly ask to please keep your phones on silent and put away to be fully present in the moment with us. We will be sure to share pictures of the ceremony from our photographer once we receive them :)
