Chris's ( & Josh Allen’s! ) favorite wings, Deanna's favorite bleu cheese. We recommended Cajun, medium wings ; extra crispy, extra bleu cheese!
Hop on a boat tour, wander the Naval Yard, and don’t forget a selfie with Shark Girl -Buffalo’s quirkiest celeb. It’s sunshine, history, and waterfront fun all in one spot!
Known for their Hayburner IPA and surprisingly great food (the pretzels and wings get serious love). Big, buzzy space that feels like the unofficial post-game hangout of Buffalo.
Just a quick drive from Buffalo, the American side of Niagara Falls is all mist, magic, and major wow-factor. Walk the edge, ride the Maid, and feel the spray.. no passport, no problem!
Tucked in a historic Allentown building, Gabriel’s Gate is a local legend.. serving up some of the best wings in Buffalo. Cozy vibes, crispy wings, and cold drinks.
A Buffalo rite of passage. Charbroiled Sahlen’s hot dogs with that snap, hand-cut fries, and the smell of the grill that hits you before you even open the door. It’s no-frills, nostalgic, and absolutely mandatory at least once.
one of Deanna’s go-to spots for killer mojitos, crave-worthy bites, and an easy Niagara Street vibe. Small plates, strong drinks🍹✨
Lush trails, quiet lakes, and historic charm—Delaware Park is Buffalo at its prettiest. It’s perfect for picnics, strolls… and weddings! Deanna and Chris are saying “I do” right here, and it’s easy to see why.
Just down the street from Deanna and Chris’s home, Jay’s is serving up award-worthy deliciousness, literally. Ranked 4th best pizza place in the U.S. in 2025, their Detroit-style pies are crispy, cheesy perfection. Local gem, national glory!
just down the street from our place and a perfect Sunday stroll. Grab local goods, hit the food trucks, and soak up the neighborhood vibes before or after our morning-after brunch. 🌿🥐.
Go here to look at world-class art and pretend you understand what the squiggly lines mean. It’s air-conditioned and highly Instagrammable.
A masterpiece of architecture for anyone who enjoys judging other people’s floor plans. Beware: the ceilings were built for someone much shorter than you.
Head to the 28th floor for free 360-degree views. It’s the best way to see Canada without having to bring your passport.
A playground in old grain silos. You can zipline, kayak, or just drink a beer and watch people more athletic than you fall over.
Originally caught Deanna’s eye because of the Moriarty of it all - and we ended up discovering a true local gem. A cozy Elmwood spot known for incredible sandwiches, seasonal plates, and seriously good beef on weck. One of our favorite places!
This BBQ spot is first-come, first-serve with no reservations, so arriving a bit earlier (especially on weekends) can help avoid longer waits. They smoke all their meats fresh daily, and some popular items can sell out later in the evening & you definitely don’t want to miss the brisket biryani, cardamom cornbread, or Barbacurry Foldie on your visit. On Sundays, they switch to a fun brunch menu with breakfast tacos and cinnamon rolls, which is a local favorite. Ordering at the bar (if seats are open) can be a nice way to skip the main food line and get seated faster.
Our neighborhood gem. Dim lighting, strong (and actually well-made) cocktails, great music, and the kind of cozy energy that makes you stay longer than planned.
Massive craft selection with a staff that genuinely wants to help you find “your” beer. Laid-back, dog-friendly, and perfect if your group can’t agree on just one style. Check out Fattey downtown or up in Deanna & Chris’s neighborhood!
Small-batch, creative flavors that rotate often (think brown butter, cereal milk, or seasonal surprises). Tiny shop, big flavor, and absolutely worth the line.
Playful, inventive, and very Buffalo. Unique flavor combos, homemade waffle cones, and the kind of place where you sample three before committing.
Rustic Italian comfort with a rooftop patio that shines in good weather. Handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and the perfect excuse to order another bottle of wine.
A must if you’re up for a little adventure. It’s a short drive to East Aurora, but you can make a morning of it … grab brunch here, swing by Elm Street Bakery, and absolutely hit Bar-Bill Tavern while you’re there. Pro tip: you can also grab Blue Eyed Baker at the Sunday morning farmers market in Kenmore.
