Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will take place in the open air with a spectacular view of Crystal Lake. The reception will be a tented event. Please plan your attire accordingly!

Is there Uber or Lyft in the area?

Answer

Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft do not have a presence in the Frankfort area. We are working to ensure safe transportation by means of car pooling and identification of designated drivers. If you are willing to be a designated driver for return transportation from the reception, please speak with Christine or Daniel directly.

Will there be vegan or vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! Do not fear! We have accommodated all diets in the selection of our menus.

What is the weather typically like labor day weekend in Frankfort?

Answer

The average temperature during the first week of September in Frankfort is around the low to mid 70s.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the property by 4:40 PM to allow plenty of time to park and walk to the ceremony location.

What should I pack?

Answer

Please plan to bring a sweater or jacket for the evening hours. We will have a bonfire in our reception location in case anyone needs to warm up. If you have extra time in the area, plan to bring a bathing suit, beach towel or golf clubs as there are many outdoor activities to enjoy! Don't forget a smile and good attitude :)

Are you requiring guests to wear masks?

Answer

We are not requiring that our guests wear a mask during our events. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we support your decision 100%. We've taken great care to plan with precaution by minimizing the need for sharing or contact when possible, keeping our guest list limited to 50 of our closest friends and family, asking that our guests follow recommended social safety regulations, and gathering outdoors whenever possible. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer around to keep it clean! If you are planning to visit any of the local shops or attractions, please plan to have a mask with you as it is a requirement to wear a mask while visiting public establishments in the state of Michigan.
