Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP for our wedding is Monday, March 15th. We have made it so you can mail the response back when the invitations are sent out, or respond online through this website.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
Cocktail Attire is perfect for our wedding reception. Dressed up, but not formal.
Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be indoors. The ceremony is at the same place as the reception. Please note, there are minimal stairs but no elevators at this time.
Question
How do I get to and from the venue?
Answer
We have a bus coming to the Radisson at 4pm and the Hilton at 4:05 pm to bring those who will not be driving to the Green Ridge Club. The bus will then pick everyone up when the wedding ends around 10:30 pm. *For people who are not driving and are in the wedding or need to be at the venue early, the bus is making an early stop at 2 and 2:05 pm.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The Wedding Ceremony starts at 5:00 pm so please arrive with enough time to be settled so we can start on time.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
There is a section if you RSVP online to add dietary needs. We recommend this way to notify us. If you prefer to mail your RSVP when the actual invitation arrives you may include it there. You can also message Dawn or James with your relevant information. We will be working with staff to accommodate dietary needs.

Yes, there is parking in the back of the Green Ridge Club.

Is it okay to take pictures with our cellphones at the wedding?
Answer
Yes, however once the ceremony starts we ask that phones are silenced and placed away for a brief time. Before and after the ceremony, yes.

Where should I stay if I come from out of town?

Are plus-ones and children allowed?
Answer
Everyone invited to the wedding will be on your invitations. We love your children but this event does not accommodate those 18 and under.

What is the wedding itinerary?
Answer
The wedding ceremony is at 5pm. Afterwards there will be a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing. The reception ends at 10:30 pm and for those of you who are not ready to call it a night we can gather at the bar and restaurant at the Hilton hotel afterwards.
