What is the name and address of the venue?

Answer

The venue is the Oxford Exchange. The address is 420 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st.

How do i RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP anytime by clicking the RSVP tab above, or you can mail in your response.

What if i don't RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP by June 11th, as any responses after this date will be marked as "not attending." While we would love to celebrate with you, we must provide our vendors with an accurate guest count and cannot accommodate late RSVPs

What should i do if i cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! if you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you cannot make it, Please notify Emilee as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invites on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should i arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony starts promptly at 7:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at 6:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Please arrive no later than 6:50pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, please note that you will be not be able to attend the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal or black tie attire. Ladies can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans or sneakers. Please avoid wearing any colors that are reserved to the bride - ivory, white or cream!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will be available with a shuttle service running between the JW Marriott and Oxford Exchange. Pickup will start at 6:15 PM, and the return shuttle will depart at 12:30 AM.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available but may be limited. You are welcome to use the metered street parking or parking behind the building. Please note, that there are only 40 available spots.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

Will it be open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Where should i stay for the wedding?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see our hotel blocks and a list of things to do in the area!

Can i take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos you'd like!
