Travel Note
Please note that this wedding venue is on a mountain estate, meaning the drive to the location will not be super well-lit and will have a few gravel roads and some mountainous terrain. In November, the sun will be setting early (around 5:20 PM). Accordingly, the couple highly recommends that all guests arrive on Friday, November 8, 2024 no later than 4:30 PM to ensure everyone's safe arrival.
Hotel
Jesus and Kira have reserved four large log cabins on the mountain property where the ceremony and reception will be held. The couple is requesting that guests reserve a room in these cabins to create a true tight-knit wedding weekend experience! Information needed to reserve a cabin room will be provided once the couple receives all RSVPs!
Flight
For any guests flying in for the wedding, Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, NC is the closest airport. It's about 1 hour and 12 minutes from the venue. The next closest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It's about 1 hour and 45 minutes from the venue. If you are planning to fly in from any state outside of VA or NC, please reach out to the couple to discuss flying into Hampton Roads and riding down with the couple and/or family.
