FAQs

Question

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

IMPORTANT: Alcohol will not be provided by the couple or caterer. All guests over 21 are welcome to bring any and all alcohol they would like to consume for the entirety of the weekend!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The couple requests RSVPs be submitted by September 1, 2024. Due to the non-traditional dynamic of this wedding weekend, anyone who does not RSVP by the above deadline will not be able to attend the entire weekend.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The couple has a registry with Zola, Amazon, and Target. All registries have been linked to this website and all requested items may be found under the "Registry" tab of this website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The couple requests that people dress in Semi-Formal Attire for the wedding ceremony/reception - please, no jeans. Formal dresses, sun dresses, or cocktail dresses welcome! There is no dress code for the Welcome Event on Friday night, wear anything you like! Guests are encouraged to bring a jacket in case it is chilly during the ceremony/reception as both are outdoors. Additionally, the couple intends to change into sweats at some point on wedding night - feel free to bring comfy clothes to dance the night away in! If you are unsure if your planned attire fits the dress code, feel free to reach out to Kira!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You may only bring a date if your date was named on the envelope you received your invitation in. Anyone not formally named, or whose name cannot be found on the website in which to submit an RSVP for, is unfortunately, not invited and will not be permitted. This applies to additional family members as well.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only kids welcome are those who have been specifically invited by the couple. Jesus and Kira have reached out to the parents whose children have been invited. If you were not notified of such invitation, unfortunately, the couple is unable to accommodate your children.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When you submit your RSVP for the Welcome Event, you will be prompted to note any dietary restrictions you have. Once you provide that information, the couple will provide your restrictions to the caterer for all meals throughout the weekend.
