Where will I stay?

Answer

There are some rooms available on the property. Contact the bride for availability. Other options include Airbnbs and hotels in the nearby town of Assisi. These options are linked at the bottom of this page.

How long is the stay?

Answer

The Venue is booked from Friday April 17th through April 19th and check in and check out is at 2:00 PM.

How do we get to the Venue?

Answer

Flights will have to be booked on your own. Trains will take you to the city of Assisi and a van can be arranged to pick you up from the train station. Depending on what city you will be flying into there are vans that can be arranged for airport pickup as well. Please reach out to the bride at 512-656-0118 to inquire about this option.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Rome is the biggest airport and is around 2 hours away from Assisi. Florence is also a good option around the same distance away.

How can I book transporation on trains in Italy?

Answer

There are many ways to do this, including at the train stations on the kiosk. OMIO and Trenitalia are both easy-to-navigate websites and apps that can help you book trains from your arrival airport to Assisi. They are linked on the travel tab!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Our venue allows a very specific number of guest, limiting the amount of additional guest. Your invitation should explicitly list all who are invited to join us for this exciting weekend!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Formal. For women, that means floor-length dresses, and for Men, coordinating suits and ties. We encourage fun colors, patterns, and textures!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! All wedding events will be hosted outside and it will be a bit chillier than the Texas April we are used to! So prepare for temperatures ranging from 50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be a phone free ceremony to allow us all to remain present during this joyous moment and allow our photographers to capture the moment.
