2:45 PM - 3:45 PM – Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks Please park at the Colorado Mountain College - Breckenridge parking lot where shuttles will run throughout the evening to bring you to Red Tail Ranch. Upon arrival, enjoy light refreshments and soak in the mountain views before the celebration begins. We kindly ask that all guests plan to board the shuttle by 3:30 PM. 4:00 PM – Ceremony Our “I do’s” with a backdrop of the Rockies. 4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour Sip, snack, and mingle while we sneak away for photos. 5:30 PM – Dinner & Toasts A delicious meal followed by words from some of our favorite people. 7:00 PM – Dancing & Desserts Hit the dance floor, enjoy sweet treats, and celebrate under the tent. 11:00 PM – Last Song & Shuttle Departures A mountain send-off for our guests.
