Please RSVP no later than Sunday, August 10th, 2025. You can go to the RSVP tab on our website to submit your RSVP virtually!

Are my children invited?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation that you received in the mail. If your child(ren)'s name(s) are not explicitly on the invitation and/or in the RSVP section on the website, please do not assume they can attend. While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and support with this, and please let us know if you have any questions!

When should I arrive at the venue on the day of the wedding?

Please arrive at 3:30 pm (30 minutes before the ceremony begins).

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There's plenty of parking in the gravel lot on the property.

Where do I go once I get to the venue?
Answer
When you arrive at the gravel parking lot, you will see signage to the right of a red building (this is where the reception will take place). Signs will direct you to the back part of the building, where you will see the ceremony site in the lawn, by the silo.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
What an excellent question for the first week of October in the PNW. We are hoping for a nice, 60 degree, sunny day! The worst case scenario is that it rains a bit. But we are hoping for sunshine! The ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, and cocktail hour will also have some yard games and tables set up to enjoy outside, by the silo bar. Dinner and the reception will be held inside, where there is also heating available if needed. Our recommendation: bring a jacket or layers if you're worried about being cold later in the evening! But hopefully you'll be dancing so much you won't need it.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code is cocktail attire, but make sure you wear what makes you feel like your best self and what you can boogie down in! (eg. cocktail dress, jumpsuit, slacks and a dress shirt)

What will we be eating/what if I have food restrictions?
Answer
We will be having an Italian buffet, with a gluten free option. If you have other food restrictions, please let us know -- we will try our best to have something everyone can eat. If you are also gluten free, please let us know so we can inform catering regarding quantity.

Is there transportation at the venue to/from hotels?
Answer
Unfortunately there is no shuttle available. If you plan on drinking, please plan for a designated driver. We want everyone to get home safely! You can also refer to the "Travel" tab at the top of the website. We have been warned that ride sharing (Uber, Lyft) are pretty limited in this area.

Please do not bring a plus one unless they are explicitly invited/included on the invitation you received in the mail. If you have any questions about this, let us know!

Answer
Please do not feel pressured to send us a gift: you celebrating with us on our special day is all we could ask for! If you still feel the need, you can find our registry at the top of this webpage under the "Registry" tab.

Are there any other events for the wedding I should know about?
Answer
Unless you are in the bridal party, the only celebration to attend is the wedding on Friday, 10/3/25! So let's plan on leaving it all on the dance floor!
