What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Hartford Bradley International is the closest airport. If you are flying from the west coast, JFK may be more affordable. There is a train from Grand Central Station to Brewster, and Brewster is 45 minutes from Roxbury.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not inviting plus ones to the wedding. All guests will be specifically named on our guest list. We have attempted to add long term significant others to the guest list: if we missed yours, please let us know!

Accommodation recommendations?

Answer

Roxbury is a small town. We recommend booking an airbnb or VRBO asap as they go quickly. The closest hotel we recommend is The Heritage Hotel, and there are hotel options in the town of Southbury as well.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony, reception party, and dance floor will all be on grassy lawn. Plan your footwear accordingly!

Should I carpool to the wedding?

Answer

YES! Please fill your car with family and friends before arriving at the wedding. If you are looking for carpool partners let us know and we will connect you to people staying / living near you. Parking will be very tight, so we hugely appreciate everyone making an effort to maximize vehicle space!

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

We are inviting guests to arrive at 3:00pm. The ceremony will start around 4:00pm and the reception dinner and party will begin when the ceremony is over. Both the ceremony and reception will be in our backyard, so luckily there is no cutoff time. Guests are welcome to leave after dinner or stay and dance the night away!
