Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block reserved at Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport for October 16, 2026 through October 18, 2026. The link to the room block is under the Travel tab. When clicking the link, you will be redirected to the booking page. You may book a room until September 25,2026. $159 plus tax for king bedded rooms and $169 plus tax for 2 queen beds. Complimentary breakfast buffet for up to 2 people in a room each morning of their stay. Any additional person staying in the room is $15.00 extra in the rate, which would include the breakfast for each person. Complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from the BWI Airport by calling 410-694-0808 when you have landed and received your luggage.

May I bring a date?

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation may bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event. Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive between 4:00-4:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in.

Will the ceremony take place outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please bring a jacket to ensure you are comfortable. Cocktail hour will also take place partially outdoors on the patio of the mansion, but you are welcome to hang out the tent.

Does the venue have ample parking?

Answer

Yes! Overhills Mansion has plenty of parking on site. There is also overflow parking in the neighboring church parking lot.
