Where should we stay?

We’ve secured a group rate at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort—$209/night plus a $10 resort fee. The booking link is preset for November 20, but you can extend your stay before or after at the same rate. https://www.loewshotels.com/ventana-canyon/the-david-wedding-room-block

When should we book our room?

Answer

As soon as possible! Rooms at Loews Ventana Canyon are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any unbooked rooms in our block will be released after October 20th. Note: The wedding party will be staying onsite at the wedding venue, so if you’re part of the wedding party, please reach out to Shari Preister at 402-618-7874 by August 1st to reserve your space directly.

What airport should I fly into?

Do we need to rent a car?

Renting a car is a great option if you’d like to explore Tucson, but we’ll also share rideshare and transportation tips as we get closer.

Yes! We’ll be hosting fun, optional events from Monday through Friday—join us for as much as you’d like!

Our wedding will be alcohol-free—but don’t worry, the drinks will still be flowing! We’ll have a fun dirty soda bar, creative mocktails, and plenty of festive options to keep spirits high.
