Kick off the wedding week with a relaxed open-house-style welcome party. No strict schedule—just good vibes, great BBQ, and plenty of fun!

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Pool + Play Swing by anytime for a dip in the pool, a round of pickleball, or friendly matches of cornhole, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Grab a cold drink and settle into vacation mode. 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | BBQ + Mingling We’ll be firing up the grill for a casual BBQ dinner. Plates will be hot and ready throughout, so feel free to wander in when you’re hungry. 8:00 PM – Late | Fireside Lounge As the desert evening cools down, cozy up by the fire pits in your sweats and loungewear. Sip something warm, toast a marshmallow (or two), and hang out under the stars. This is a come-and-go event, so join when you can and stay as long as you’d like. No pressure—just connection and comfort. Vibe: Casual & Resort Relaxed What to Wear: Swimsuits, cover-ups, sundresses, polos, shorts, and sandals for the daytime. In the evening, we’ll be gathering around the fire pits —so bring jeans, flannels, and a light jacket or sweater. The desert cools off at night, you'll want to be cozy!

Wedding Rehersal

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

For our amazing wedding party: We’ll have a quick run-through of the ceremony to make sure everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and how to look fabulous doing it. Details on location will be shared directly with you. Just know it’ll be short, sweet, and followed by some good laughs and dinner. We’re so grateful to have you by our sides!

Rehearsal Dinner – Everyone’s Invited!

Whether you're in the wedding party or just here for the good times, you’re warmly invited to join us for our rehearsal night celebration! Enjoy a festive taco bar dinner, Tucson-inspired bites, and indulgent desserts to end the night on a sweet note. Expect lively conversation, yard games, and dancing beneath the desert sky. Bring your appetite, your best moves, and your celebration spirit. Unwind with a cigar, a cup of hot cocoa, or spiced cider, and take in the joy of the week ahead. Wedding

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Tucson desert, our ceremony will be a heartfelt gathering surrounded by cactus silhouettes, soft earth tones, and sweeping mountain views. We’ll come together in this sacred space to celebrate love, commitment, and the beauty of a moment shared with our closest friends and family. What to Wear: The dress code is sophisticated casual—effortless yet elevated. Ladies, think flowing maxi dresses, chic linen or silk sets, in earthy tones such as deep green, warm browns, terracotta, or rich pinks. Gentlemen, long pants paired with a collared shirt or button-down and closed-toe shoes are perfect for the setting. We can’t wait to stand together in the golden light of the desert and begin this new chapter surrounded by the people we love most.

The Reception

After the ceremony, follow us to a historic hacienda ranch where old-world charm meets laid-back celebration. With adobe walls, twinkle lights, and even a vintage saloon, it’s the perfect setting to toast, laugh, and make memories under the open desert sky. While the newlyweds slip away for a few golden hour photos, guests are invited to kick things off with a visit to our dirty soda and coffee bar—the ultimate pre-dinner treat. Then it’s time to explore the grounds, strike up a game, or simply soak in the beauty of the ranch. Dinner will be served family style — a warm, shared meal meant to bring everyone together. Find your seat, settle in, and enjoy an evening filled with good eats, cozy corners, and western charm. This reception is all about connection, comfort, and celebrating in true desert style.
