The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Please arrive by 4 PM CT.
We recommend using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft to get to the venue. For those that wish to drive, parking is free at Bearpath. The venue will host our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Bearpath is in a gated community, so access is restricted to invited guests. Your invitation includes a QR code for gate access, please make sure to bring that with you to the event. We have added the QR code to the Travel Section of the website.
Yes! We will have a shuttle to take guests from the venue to the hotel blocks. More details to come regarding timing.
No, we ask that your refrain from any camera and cell phone use during the ceremony. We have an awesome photographer and videographer to capture the day.
Yes! We will have appetizers, dinner, dessert, and a bar for our guests to enjoy.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our reception. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
