Guntersville, Sydney's home town, is a small town of about 8,000 people. Think "Sweet Home Alabama" meets a Hallmark movie, with a couple of chicken plants thrown in. Its downtown area has quaint boutiques and restaurants. It is an easy walk from downtown to the City Harbor, with restaurants and shops along the lake. If you have some extra time, you can enjoy hiking, golfing, fishing, or dining out at some of the local restaurants. Here are some of our favorites.

And the largest Celebrate Recovery in Alabama meets there at 6:00 Sunday nights. Go and have your world rocked. You won't regret it. Trust us.
