Getting Here

The best way to get around is by car. Uber and Lyft operate in the area but can get expensive. Please enter your details in the carpool spreadsheet to offer carpooling. Please utilize the carpool spreadsheet before choosing a rental car so we can be mindful about parking space.

Arriving Early

We will be at the venue April 8-April 12 and you are welcome to join us for meals and card games. The "Things To Do" page lays out activities we expect to do in Foresthill.

Flight

SF Bay Area Airports (SFO, OAK, SJC)

All three are good options, both cost-wise and if you’re planning to spend time in the Bay Area before or after the wedding. Driving from the Bay Area to Foresthill generally takes about 2.5–4 hours depending on traffic and departure point.

Sacramento International Airport (SMF)

This is the closest major airport to the venue and the most convenient option for most guests. The drive from Sacramento to Foresthill typically takes about 1–1.5 hours.

Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO)

Reno is geographically close and may appear convenient, but we recommend using caution when booking this route. While April weather is often mild, late-season snow is still possible. In rare cases, winter conditions can close Donner Pass, which would make travel between Reno and Foresthill difficult or impossible.
