Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Please wear woodland fairytale attire

Come enjoy a cozy fire place, hot beverages, and dessert. We will kick off the wedding weekend with a woodland fairytale themed gathering. Wear whites, beiges, browns, florals, and greens, bust out your renaissance fair outfit, or deck out in a Shrek character outfit - Anything goes! We will have extra elf ears and gnome hats.

Ceremony & Reception

2:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: midi to long dresses, jackets and slacks, and your most fun winter coat.

2:15 PM – Guest arrival (pre-ceremony traditions information to come) 3:00 PM – Seated ceremony 3:30 PM – Cocktail hour 5:00 PM – Reception 10:00 PM – Celebration concludes

Ski Tailgate Brunch!

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Due to weather - the brunch portion of this event has been cancelled. However, we will still be skiing on the mountain in some level of formal wear for the pictures. If you have a car capable of getting over Donner pass (AWD and M+S tires at a minimum), we would love to have you there. See the California Highway Patrol - Truckee FB group for road info.
